- Do you want to learn how to decide what to introduce first, and how to do this?
- Do you want to see changes in your team that will really make a difference?
In this 2 hour session you will:
- Consider which practices would be best for your team, or your organisation
- Understand what ‘tension’ cards are and how they can be used by your team to identify what is getting in the way of them doing their best work
- Learn which practices relate to different tensions and how to introduce them
